After presenting proposals for resolving the conflict that arose from the efforts of the CCH Vallejo authorities to demolish our radio booth and terminate our radio project, today June 25, the process of dialogue came to an end due to the intransigence of the authorities.
This evening, at about 7:30, the authorities showed up at the radio cabin, demanding that we clear out our equipment that we use to carry on our free radio project and announcing that they plan to demolish the cabin in just a few days.
In this red alert we call on organizations, collectives, and individuals to act in solidarity with us as you see fit.
As of today, we will put our lives on the line to protect and defend the cabin.
For them, the only solution is our surrender, and we’ll never give them that satisfaction.
